Mission Statements

A mission statement is a concise explanation of your personal (or organization's) purpose. It guides your actions and decisions.

Tips for Writing Your Mission Statement

  1. Start easy, then refine. Don't overthink it.
  2. Keep it concise and clear. Don't overcomlicate it.
  3. Focus on your core purpose. Don't get too distracted.
  4. Make it actionable. Don't make it too vague.
  5. Include your own values. Don't make it too generic.
  6. Think long-term (how do you want to look back on your life?)
